Job Description:
This is a Summer Internship (Intern II) opportunity for undergraduate students (rising seniors) pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026. The internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, depending on the student’s academic calendar.
Responsibilities: Interns will be assigned projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. All projects will be strategically and/or operationally significant. Potential responsibilities include:
• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and proactively suggesting improvements.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma) and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.
• Developing automated data loads and schedules for timely information delivery.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and compiling data for various projects.
• Maintaining Power BI and providing reporting support.
• Establishing measurements and targets based on historical and forecasted data to develop marketing plans, roadmaps, and tactical elements.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student (rising senior) in Marketing or a Business-related field.
• Graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous internships are preferred.
• Demonstrated consistent results showing integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this internship).
Location & Compensation:
The internship offers an hourly rate of $18.50-$24.50, depending on location and cost of living. A $5,000 relocation stipend is available for students living more than 50 miles from the internship location. Possible locations include: Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Asheville, NC; Fair Lawn, NJ; Hillsboro, OR; Waltham, MA; Carlsbad, CA; and San Jose, CA.
