• Team: Human Resources team, reports to HR Supervisor
• Mission: Provide essential support to diverse departments, contribute to active projects, and conduct research to help the company navigate industry topics while gaining an in-depth understanding of cold chain operations and junior-level responsibilities within the supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide administrative and general support tasks to various company departments, carrying out directives set by supervisors.
• Meetings: Participate in internal staff or customer meetings as required and meticulously record comprehensive meeting minutes for documentation.
• Research: Conduct directed research as requested by supervisors, delving into industry-relevant topics to inform ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Projects: Collaborate closely with top supply chain management professionals on junior-level responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience with interesting company projects.
• Operations: Follow all established security procedures within the building and actively participate in mandatory safety and educational training sessions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in an accredited university, actively pursuing either a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Experience: Has successfully completed a minimum of two years of study in a field related to supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or another relevant discipline.
• Skills: Possess good arithmetic, reading, and typing skills; ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions, alongside company policies; capable of working independently as a self-starter and effectively coordinating with others; demonstrated ability to manage stress and adhere to productivity guidelines.
