What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of the business and the professional services industry.
• Departmental Exposure: Interact with multiple departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations and functions.
• Hands-On Training: Participate in practical, hands-on training experiences to apply learned concepts.
• Skill Development: Develop stronger leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills through various experiences.
• Business Overview: Gain exposure to Cintas’s diverse operations, from customer service to production and administration.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, building on a High School Diploma or GED foundation. This is a student-level position.
• Experience: Prior co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, alongside general intranet and internet navigation abilities.
• Bonus: Academic pursuit in a business or otherwise related major, demonstration of a leadership or management role in campus or related extracurricular activities, and availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made/accepted.
