Job Description: Intern for Innovation Product Marketing

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the innovation process across all aspects of product marketing.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Organization: Maintain and organize product information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Market Monitoring: Stay informed about global beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and inspiring innovations.
Product Sampling: Manage the distribution and tracking of samples for both internal and external teams.
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members through communication and meetings.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear documentation.
Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports and analyze product information related to pricing, packaging, ingredients, messaging, and collection trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internships in marketing, innovation, or product development are preferred.
• Experience working with Product Development and R&D in the beauty industry (prestige or mass) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about color cosmetics and skincare.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and thinking creatively.
