The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, South Bay area, CA
• Pay: $16.90 hourly
• Team: Various departments, including Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Document Control, Facilities, and Travel Administration.
• Mission: Gain entry-level work experience and support critical operations in a global company focused on safety and health.
What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: This internship is offered in partnership with the South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB). Candidates must be residents of Carson, Inglewood, Lennox, Gardena, Torrance, Lomita, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hawthorne, Lawndale, or El Segundo. Applicants must be between 18-24 years old and possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Candidates should be interested in gaining entry-level work experience within the homeland security, healthcare, defense, or aerospace industries. No specific prior experience is required, as this role is designed for initial professional development.
• Skills: Foundational workplace skills including integrity, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Capable of adhering to company ethics and actively reporting operational issues.
