What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Framework Development: Support the creation of a centralized business tracking and reporting framework, assisting in defining KPI processes and building data collection tools and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Data Coordination: Partner directly with field sales teams to collect essential business data, ensuring its timely, accurate, and consistent submission, and act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
• KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Track performance against established KPIs and success metrics, supporting the creation of comprehensive weekly and monthly dashboards and reports.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze collected data to identify key trends, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities, generating actionable insights and preparing clear summaries for leadership review.
• Workflow Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies within current data collection and reporting workflows and recommend practical improvements to enhance their overall accuracy, scalability, and usability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, specifically as a freshman or sophomore in a 4-year program, with a strong interest in commercial strategy, business operations, analytics, or market intelligence.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, ideally within academic projects or previous roles involving data reporting or analysis; experience collaborating with teams.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI or other similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
