About the Company:

This is an internship program offered in conjunction with Every Nation, an organization focused on establishing Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries globally. The internship is facilitated through a local Every Nation church.

Job Description:

This Internship Program with a Campus Focus aims to identify individuals called to full-time university campus ministry with Every Nation and prepare them for Ministry of Partnership Development (MPD). The program’s success is measured against specific goals set by the Every Nation Campus Department and your Ministry Assignment Leader (MAL). Successful completion of this program may lead to eligibility to apply for a Full-time Campus Missionary position with Every Nation.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• The local church will employ the intern.
• The internship duration is a maximum of two years.
• Completion of an online Every Nation internship MPD training at the start of the internship is mandatory.
• Development of a personal partnership team generating a minimum of $500 per month is required.
• Regular reporting to an MAL within the local church.

Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• The primary role must be ministerial.
• Must have two or fewer years remaining before graduation (or already possess a bachelor’s degree).
• Must be a member in good standing of a U.S.-based Every Nation church.

Program Goals:

• To honor God by establishing Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation.
• To provide a positive ministry and partnership development experience.
• To offer a pathway to full-time vocational ministry on a campus, within the local church, or cross-culturally.
• To enhance an individual’s preparedness for full-time ministry on a spiritual, relational, financial, and practical level.
