What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Participation: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements for clients.
• Core Activities: Conduct planning, testing, researching, and reporting as part of engagement responsibilities.
• Financial Work: Handle compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Specialization: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client & Staff Interaction: Interact meaningfully with staff at all levels and with a diverse repertoire of clients, gaining exposure to business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax, with the intent to return to school following the internship.
• Experience: Demonstrated academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and on track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam.
• Skills: Possesses detail-oriented leadership abilities, alongside strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
