What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare accurate journal entries and conduct reconciliation tasks for inventory accounting processes.
• Reporting: Generate ad hoc reports as needed, focusing on inventory and supply chain data.
• Projects: Support and contribute to various assigned projects related to inventory and supply chain accounting initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and suggest ideas for improving current accounting processes and practices.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and quality of all outputs, products, and services within the accounting function.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be currently enrolled in or have recently obtained a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program with a focus in Accounting.
• Experience: This is a 12-week internship requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Anticipated graduation date between September 2026 and December 2026 if currently enrolled.
• Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, ability to perform financial reconciliation, and basic data reporting and analysis skills.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
