Job Description, Detailed

This is a part-time internship opportunity specifically designed for a current college student.

Schedule & Duration: The intern is expected to work 10-15 hours per week for a duration of 10-12 weeks, typically from August through the Fall Semester. The hours are flexible and can be adjusted around class schedules and school breaks.

Compensation: The compensation for this role is $20/hour.

Location: Candidates must be available to train in-person in South Orange County for the initial 3 weeks. Following this training period, there is an opportunity to transition to remote work.

Future Opportunity: There is an opportunity to continue and expand the role in early 2026, contingent on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities: The intern will provide support to both the sales and operations teams by:
Qualifying sales leads through online research and outbound phone calls.
Attending and contributing to weekly regional sales meetings.
Delivering regular reporting to support sales initiatives and maintain data integrity.
Identifying new sales leads in target industries & regions.
