Job Description
This position is for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern focused on supporting the Sales Order Process and assisting with Real-Time Load Testing (RLT). This is a high-impact internship offering hands-on experience with enterprise business systems and cross-functional operations. The role is crucial during a key period leading up to the R1 system launch, specifically involving the critical system integration between Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite (NS).
This role is ideal for students interested in sales operations, business systems, or data analysis, providing exposure to real-world business-critical processes and enterprise technology platforms. The intern will work approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Order Process Support: Validate and accurately enter sales orders.
• Order Tracking and Data Accuracy: Assist in tracking order status and ensuring data accuracy across various platforms.
• Real-Time Load Testing (RLT): Participate in RLT activities related to the Salesforce and NetSuite integration.
• Documentation and Reporting: Help document issues and resolutions identified during testing phases, supporting bug tracking and reporting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure the smooth flow of orders throughout the process.
• Process Documentation: Assist in maintaining internal documentation and process guides.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, shadow cross-functional workflows, and contribute to status reporting.
Requirements:
• Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest: Strong interest in business operations, systems integration, or enterprise software.
• Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Familiarity:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
• Exposure to Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
