Job description
This is an Intern position within the Client Relationship Managers Department.
Purpose
Interns are responsible for assisting the company with various tasks designated by different teams. This includes conducting research, performing data capturing, and collaborating closely with various team members to gain comprehensive knowledge about the company’s operations and structure.
Essential Functions
• Performs all duties as assigned by management.
• Answers phone inquiries, directs calls to appropriate personnel, and provides basic company information.
• Oversees the handling of mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
• Executes clerical duties such as taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents.
• Handles photocopying, faxing, and other related tasks as needed.
• Takes notes and memos during meetings.
• Types documents, drafts, and reports.
• Sorts and manages various files.
• Manages databases, which includes inputting information, data, and records.
Qualifications
• Education Level: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Candidates must have 3 years of college experience.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs):
• Must demonstrate the ability to meet established deadlines consistently.
• Capable of managing multiple customer service demands from both internal and external customers while adhering to set expectations for service excellence.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and provide positive customer service to all internal and external customers, including those who may be demanding or challenging.
Salary Range
The salary range for this intern position is $18,720 – $26,000. Please note that this is an annual rate, and all intern positions will be paid hourly.
Physical Demands
The associate primarily performs the duties of this position while seated. Occasional walking or standing may be required. The hands are regularly used for writing, typing, keying, and handling or feeling small controls and objects. The associate must frequently talk and hear. Weights up to 25 pounds are occasionally lifted.
