Job Description: This is an internship opportunity to collaborate with the Principal Software Engineer on projects aimed at enhancing internal efficiency and expanding technological capabilities aligned with program needs. The internship offers growth and development, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
• Support engineering with routine engineering duties and/or hands-on tasks
• Work independently on daily tasks
• Under direction, responsible for completing process documentation
• Assist in the creation of documentation to maintain equipment
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Junior/Senior level college student majoring in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Novice technical expertise and beginning familiarity with the shop/laboratory and equipment
