About HOOST

HOOST is a startup reimagining event planning by connecting people with venues, vendors, and experiences. They’re focusing on Gen Z and Millennials, who prioritize experiences, and aim to simplify the event planning process. Launching in NYC with plans for national expansion, HOOST will focus on warehouse raves and rooftop pop-ups to start.

Internship Opportunities

HOOST is offering fully remote, flexible, and high-impact internships across three tracks:

Growth & Partnerships: Outreach, onboarding, and relationship-building with venues and vendors nationwide.
Creative Content & Social: Creating video, design, social campaigns, and storytelling to shape HOOST’s brand.
Product & Ops: Testing, improving UX flows, refining operations, and contributing to the platform MVP.

What You’ll Do

Interns will play a core role in building HOOST from the ground up. Responsibilities vary by track:

Growth & Partnerships: Scouting and onboarding vendors (DJs, chefs, creative spaces).
Creative Content & Social: Creating content like reels, memes, and visuals to drive bookings.
Product & Ops: Testing product features, refining UX, and mapping operations flows.
All Tracks: Organizing workflows using tools like Notion, Airtable, Figma, or CapCut; supporting referral, pitch, and activation campaigns.

Who You Are

HOOST is looking for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have experience promoting events, working with creatives, designing campaigns, or launching projects. They should be strong communicators, creative thinkers, and bring energy to the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field) or recently graduated
• 18+ years old
• Based in the United States
• Strong communicator, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Bonus: Plugged into nightlife, creator, or startup communities; located in the NYC metropolitan area
