Job Description

Boeing is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students to join their 2025 internship program. This 10-12 week summer internship offers a variety of opportunities across different departments, including:

• Supply Chain Management: Gain experience in one of the world’s most complex supply chains, spanning across Boeing’s Business Units: Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, Boeing Global Services, Boeing Capital Corporation, and Corporate.
• Finance: Develop skills in financial acumen, data analytics, financial modeling, and problem solving while exploring various career paths in Boeing Finance.
• Analytics: Contribute to the delivery of best-in-class technological solutions through projects in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Software.
• Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA): Participate in projects across disciplines like Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Business Analytics, Information Protection, Network Design, Product Management, Project Management, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, and User Experience Design.
• Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS): Contribute to the creation of advanced digital and data solutions for the aviation industry, working with virtual reality, software development, artificial intelligence, and other software platforms.
• Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF): Gain experience in areas like project administration, construction management, planning, facilities analysis, systems integration, business operations, and change management.
• Business Internship Program (BBIP): Explore opportunities as a Methods Analyst (for non-Engineering degrees) within the Industrial Engineering organization, learning about Aerospace Manufacturing from supply chain to delivery.
• Property Management: Assist in maintaining the lifecycle of Government and Boeing owned property, gaining experience in record keeping, reporting, data analytics, and communication across business systems.
• Manufacturing and Operations: Contribute to Boeing’s manufacturing operations by working on assignments that expand on your skills and enhance your professional development.
• Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM / IP&S): Assist in planning, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities, gaining experience in risk assessments, mitigation plans, and communication with stakeholders.
• Quality Specialist: Partner with cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date after July 31, 2025.
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Current enrollment at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a career at Boeing.
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher).
• Previous business or related internships or work experience.
• Involvement in student or civic organizations.
• Majoring in a relevant field like Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, International Relations, Global Studies, Finance, Political Science, Business Administration, etc.

Additional Information:

• Some positions may be hybrid, virtual, or 100% onsite.
• Some positions may require a U.S. Security Clearance or meet Export Control compliance requirements.
• The employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
• The salary range is $37,000 – $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
