Job Description:
This is a remote, fixed-term (up to 4 months) Internship opportunity at Carrington. The Intern will be placed in a business area aligned with their interests and degree, participating in various work assignments, projects, and activities. The program focuses on career exploration, providing on-the-job experiences and development opportunities. The target pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake and participate in business-focused projects and programs.
• Interact directly with colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness.
• Engage in formal and ad-hoc on-the-job training for technical and professional skills.
• Network with fellow Interns.
• Meet periodically with the Program Manager for updates.
• Present an end-of-program presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
