Job Description: Internship at ALKU
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the sales field, focusing on connecting talent with opportunities. Interns will not be performing administrative tasks like making copies or running coffee. Instead, they will be actively contributing to ALKU’s accounts and business.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
• Mentorship: Interns will be paired with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor who will provide guidance and support.
• Sales Cycle Exposure: Interns will gain exposure to all aspects of the sales cycle, learning to solve problems and understand the industry.
• Internal and External Sales: Interns will have the opportunity to learn both internal hiring and external placement processes to learn what best fits them.
• Outreach and Business Development: Interns will drive ALKU business using various outreach platforms.
• Skill Development: The internship focuses on foundational skill development and professional network expansion.
• Path to Full-Time Employment: The internship program is designed as a springboard for young professionals into full-time roles at ALKU.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Weekly Pay: Interns receive weekly pay.
