Job Description:
This is an Intern opportunity to work on technical challenges at Conduent. The core responsibility involves monitoring incoming alerts from various monitoring applications.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring: Monitor applications and processes, and assist with escalation/remediation steps.
• Process Adherence: Follow documented processes for daily activities.
• Action & Reporting: Perform actions based on business/operational needs and prepare system reports.
• Incident Management: Assist with incident management and support requests.
• Root Cause Analysis: Work with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Environment Verification: Verify environment stability.
• Daily Tasks: Perform daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned.
• Compliance: Comply with all policies and standards.
• Data Skills: Use data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.
• Ticket Triage (Potential): The position may evolve to include more technical responsibilities such as triaging tickets for server and network issues.
