Job Description:
This internship with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is designed to help student-athletes discover their calling and career path while exposing them to various aspects of ministry through FCA.

Ministerial Duties:
As an FCA Intern, ministerial duties are central to the role and critical to FCA’s mission. All responsibilities must be approached as a form of worship and service to God.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Christian Community Statement: Agreeing with and abiding by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Spiritual Rhythm: Maintaining a spiritual rhythm of daily prayer and Bible study to seek God’s will for FCA.
• Spiritual Leadership: Providing spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and personal example, so they are equipped to serve others.
• Church Involvement: Connecting with and participating in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct: Conducting oneself in a manner that aligns with biblical standards of conduct and FCA’s Christian beliefs (as outlined in the Christian Community Statement) at all times.
