Job Description:
The Intern will primarily support the Help Desk team with various tasks related to device provisioning and onboarding, with a focus on Windows 11 implementation.
Detailed breakdown:
• New Hire Support: The intern will be responsible for preparing and delivering devices for new employee orientation, ensuring they are properly configured and ready for use.
• Equipment Provisioning: Assist with provisioning equipment for new hires, setting up their accounts and ensuring the correct software is installed.
• General Help Desk Duties: Assist with general tasks as assigned by the Help Desk Supervisor.
• Windows 11 Implementation: The intern will assist with the implementation of Windows 11 for CNS Healthcare devices. This may involve tasks such as testing compatibility, installing the operating system, and troubleshooting any issues.
Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
• Transportation or Automobile accessibility with current automobile/vehicle insurance meeting agency policy requirements
Preferred:
• Basic IT Understanding and participation within an accredited IT education program
• Undergraduate or graduate
