Job Description: Intern
Lensa is seeking candidates for Carrington Mortgage Holdings in Anaheim, CA. This remote, fixed-term internship is designed for students seeking career exploration through on-the-job experience and development opportunities. The internship is typically up to four (4) months long. The target pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake and participate in business-focused projects and programs to develop professional skills.
• Interact directly with colleagues to assist and contribute to team effectiveness.
• Engage in formal and ad-hoc on-the-job training to learn technical and professional skills.
• Network with fellow Interns for support and knowledge sharing.
• Meet periodically with the Program Manager to provide updates.
• Present an end-of-program presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other field related to the internship assignment.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
