Job Description:

This is an internship position at PENN Entertainment designed for students to gain experience in the entertainment and casino industry. The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Fostering a fun environment for guests and coworkers.
• Being a gracious host to all guests and coworkers.
• Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
• Completing projects related to key business priorities at the home property.
• Completing rotations throughout the property for all functional areas within jurisdictional approval.
• Participating in company-wide training programs and attending key team meetings.
• Providing support to functional leaders.
• Building relationships with department leaders, the executive team, supervisors, and team members.
• Developing and presenting a final project.

Requirements:

• Must have enrolled in junior year of college and be actively enrolled in an accredited, 4-year college or university with an interest in the internship focus area (e.g., marketing, finance, culinary, etc.).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the desire to drive results and participate in the rotational schedule.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, including evening and night shifts during the rotational schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age by the beginning of the internship.
• Must be eligible to work full time in the United States.
• Must be available for the duration of the program for full-time employment (40hrs/week).
