Job Description:

This is an Intern opportunity at Conduent where you’ll be involved in monitoring incoming alerts from various monitoring applications. The primary goal is to escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure Service Level and Organization Level Agreements are met. The role has the potential to evolve into a more technical position involving the triage of tickets for server and network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring applications and processes and assists with escalation / remediation steps.
• Following documented processes for daily activities.
• Performing actions based on business/operational needs and preparing system reports.
• Assisting with incident management and support requests.
• Working with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Verifying environment stability.
• Performing daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned.
• Complying with all policies and standards.
• Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.

Requirements:

• Ability to expand skills within an analytical or operational process.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Ability to work within established procedures and practices.
• Understanding of existing procedures to resolve incidents.
• Ability to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
