Job Description:
Conduent is seeking an Intern. The role involves monitoring incoming alerts from various monitoring applications and escalating issues promptly to maintain Service Level and Organization Level Agreements. The position has the potential to evolve into more technical responsibilities, including triaging tickets for server and network issues.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring applications and processes and assisting with escalation/remediation steps.
• Following documented processes for daily activities.
• Performing actions based on business/operational needs and preparing system reports.
• Assisting with incident management and support requests.
• Working with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Verifying environment stability.
• Performing daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned.
• Complying with all policies and standards.
• Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.
Requirements:
• Ability to expand skills within an analytical or operational process.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Ability to work within established procedures and practices.
• Understand existing procedures to resolve incidents.
• Ability to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision.
