Keystone Sports is an international company with over 100 employees across 10 countries, focused on connecting European athletes with universities in the USA and Canada, enabling them to combine academic studies with sports. They are looking for a highly motivated intern to join their team and gain practical experience in the international sports business.

This is an unpaid internship opportunity, suitable as either a mandatory internship for college credit or a voluntary internship during studies. The duration is up to 3 months, starting on September 1, 2025 (or by arrangement), with flexible working hours.

Einsatzbereiche (Responsibilities):

• Unterstützung im Erstkontakt mit interessierten Athleten und Eltern: Assisting in the initial contact with interested athletes and their parents.
• Angeleitete und Eigenständige Leadgenerierung und Qualifizierung potentieller Athleten: Guided and independent lead generation and qualification of potential athletes.
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Leads im CRM-System: Maintaining and managing leads in the CRM system.
• Mitarbeit bei Informationsveranstaltungen und Webinaren: Participating in information events and webinars.
• Recherche und Marktanalyse im Bereich College Recruiting: Research and market analysis in the field of college recruiting.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales- und Beratungsteam: Close collaboration with the sales and consulting team.
• Unterstützung bei der Akquise über Social Media: Supporting acquisition efforts through social media.
• Einsicht und Unterstützung anderer Bereiche (Marketing, Events): Insight into and support of other areas (marketing, events).

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten (Qualifications and Skills):

• Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich BWL, Sportmanagement, Kommunikation oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs: Enrolled student in business administration, sports management, communication, or a comparable field of study.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift): Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Social-Media-Affinität von Vorteil: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with social media is an advantage.
• Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Independent, responsible, and structured way of working.
• Teamgeist, Motivation und Lust in einem internationalen Umfeld dazuzulernen: Team spirit, motivation, and a desire to learn in an international environment.

The internship is a mandatory internship for your current studies, and the number of weekly hours is partially determined by the requirements of the respective university.
