Internship Program Overview
This is an 11-week paid learning experience designed to give you hands-on experience, valuable training, and a significant leg up on a bright future. T-Mobile is revolutionizing the wireless industry, and as an intern, you’ll be part of a team that redefines the status quo with unwavering support.
During this program, you will:

What It’s Like to Be an Intern:

What You’ll Do:
As an intern, you will work on bleeding-edge capabilities that revolutionize the way T-Mobile interacts with customers and positively impact their lives. Your key responsibilities include:

What It Takes:
T-Mobile is looking for individuals with:
- A curious mindset and willingness to pick up new tech.
- The ability to think outside the box.
- A self-starter attitude with innovation in your DNA.
Additionally, candidates must meet the following basic requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year.
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships.
Note: Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. This applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status and desire sponsorship after completing their education.
Compensation and Relocation:
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience and location.
Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
