Requirements:

Academic Background:
• Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Majoring in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a closely related engineering/science discipline.
• Strong academic standing is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with standard business software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess a strong aptitude and eagerness to quickly learn and adapt to industry-specific software and proprietary tools.
Communication Skills:
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for effective team collaboration, clear documentation, and articulate presentation of ideas.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
• Be a strong collaborator who works exceptionally well within a team environment, contributing positively to group objectives and fostering respectful professional relationships.

Work Commitment:
