Job Description:
This is an Intern opportunity with Conduent, focused on monitoring incoming alerts from various applications. The role involves escalating issues in a timely manner to meet Service Level and Organization Level Agreements. The position has the potential to evolve into more technical responsibilities, including triaging tickets for server and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring: Applications and processes, and assisting with escalation/remediation steps.
• Documentation: Following documented processes for daily activities.
• Action & Reporting: Performing actions based on business/operational needs and preparing system reports.
• Incident Management: Assisting with incident management and support requests.
• Root Cause Analysis: Working with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Environment Verification: Verifying environment stability.
• General Tasks: Performing daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned.
• Compliance: Complying with all policies and standards.
• Data Skills: Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.
