The Role:
This is an intern position for the 2025 Fall/Winter Semester. It is an unpaid internship, and candidates must be able to receive college credit as compensation, requiring proof of eligibility. The program offers invaluable experience and firsthand insight into working within an agency environment that represents top-tier athletes and digital creators. Interns will gain exposure to all aspects of the business, including overall business operations, talent management, brand strategy, recruiting, sales, and marketing, providing a holistic understanding of the agency world and creating invaluable connections to industry leaders. Key processes to be learned include prospecting, outreach, deal negotiations, follow-through, and crafting unique, out-of-the-box marketing campaigns. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities:
• Support the team and clients in day-to-day business operations.
• Track and maintain schedules, client itineraries, calendars, contact lists, and project trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Keep detailed notes during meetings and circulate action items and updates.
• Monitor industry trends, marketing campaigns, and case studies, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
• Conduct ongoing research on prospective clients, brands, and partnership opportunities; maintain a pipeline of potential contacts.
• Assist in targeted marketing efforts and partnership outreach for the client roster.
• Prospect and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities and contacts.
• Contribute to projects and events tied to client charitable initiatives and passion projects.
• Perform other organizational and administrative responsibilities that help the agency operate efficiently.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in college and must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship as a form of compensation.
• Preferably majoring in Sports, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Passion for sports, entertainment, and social media industries.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and have strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Facebook).
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably previous experience in talent marketing, social media, PR, or with an agency.
• Preference given to those based in the Metro-Detroit area.
