Job Description:
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund is seeking interns for a program running from June 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025. This is a part-time position (maximum 20 hours/week, 260 hours total) paying $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities: Interns will perform a variety of tasks, including:
• Legal research
• Clerical duties
• Administrative support
• Customer service
• Assisting Fund counsel
• Organizing and compiling case precedents
• Creating pleading and brief banks
• Data entry and lookups
• Filing, photocopying, and scanning
Qualifications:
• Thirty credit hours from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree. Law school students are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Unofficial college transcript required with application.

• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

• A thorough background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory for newly hired employees.
