Job Description:

This is an opportunity for an Intern to join The Marzetti Company Summer Internship Program in the Enterprise Technology Solutions Team for the summer of 2026.

Overview:
The Marzetti Company Summer Internship Program is designed for ambitious students still in school who are ready to launch their careers. It offers hands-on experience, aiming to expand career possibilities after graduation. The program provides unique experiences in a student’s field of interest while also offering insight into other key areas of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in project and enhancement initiatives to support business and system improvements.
• Document detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting processes or systems.
• Coordinate and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
• Attend and contribute to project and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical object specification documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage and process change requests in accordance with established protocols.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and process maps to support analysis and communication.
• Develop and update RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) charts to clarify roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions.
• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative.
• Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
