Job Description (Intern)

This is an internship position with Public Consulting Group (PCG), offering a chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic and demanding environment. The role is based in a Virtual Office Setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting marketing research and maintaining records.
• Reviewing and updating system documentation.
• Performing testing and quality assurance tasks.
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting.
• Providing support with communications.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program.
• Some college experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and achieve.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to develop both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) experience within a corporate setting.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “always-on,” and rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are considered a plus.
• This internship program is exclusively open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits:
• The reasonable compensation range for this role, as required by applicable law, is $36,000 – $46,000.
• Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as specific office location, the nature of the role, skill set, and level of experience.
• PCG offers a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO), parental leave, and bereavement leave.
