Job Description

This is an internship position at Public Consulting Group (PCG), offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The role operates in a Virtual Office Setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting marketing research and maintaining related records.
• Reviewing and updating system documentation.
• Performing testing and quality assurance tasks.
• Engaging in data analysis and reporting.
• Providing assistance with communications.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Possesses effective interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and achieve.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program.
• Requires some college experience.
• Eager to develop both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Exhibits outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on, and quickly changing environment.
Fluent in English is required; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• The internship program is open only to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits:
• The reasonable compensation range for this role is $36,000 – $46,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as specific office location, the nature of the role, skill set, and level of experience.
• PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO), parental leave, and bereavement leave.
