About the Job Description
This is a full-time Summer 2026 Internship Program opportunity for an Integration Team Intern.
• Location: The role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California.
• Duration: This is a 10-week full-time summer internship.
• Relocation/Housing: Relocation and housing will not be provided for this position.
Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join their Integration team, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
• Assist in developing automated test scripts for aircraft systems.
• Debug, test, and improve existing automation and other lab tools.
• Integrate software tools with lab hardware (e.g., simulation platforms, data acquisition systems).
• Support automation of data collection, processing, and visualization from lab experiments.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand testing requirements and lab workflows.
What You Need (Qualifications):
• Currently enrolled in a college career, going into your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year.
• Currently enrolled in a Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering program (or another engineering discipline with significant programming experience).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control tools.
• Familiarity with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for aviation, testing, and automation.
Summer 2026 Internship Program Details:
• Program Dates: Interns must be available for one of the following 10-week full-time periods:
• May 26, 2026 – July 31, 2026
• June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
• No accommodation will be made for interns outside of these two program dates.
• Location: Archer San Jose, CA.
• Relocation and housing will not be provided.
Compensation:
• The targeted base pay for this internship is between $25.00 – $35.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
