## Job Description:
This position will support the NASA Orion program at Kennedy Space Center Florida. You will be part of a team-based material organization, performing activities in various cross-functional areas including:
• Materials Planning: Developing and executing plans to ensure the timely and efficient availability of materials.
• Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing materials from suppliers.
• Supplier Quality Assurance: Ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards.
• Materials Systems: Managing and optimizing materials systems.
• Customer Service: Providing support to internal and external customers regarding materials.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency with SAP and ASRS applications.
• Proficiency with computer-based applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-demand environment.
Desired Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act independently to find solutions.
• Ability to guide lower-level employees.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Other Important Information:
• The position is onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• The work schedule is 9×80, with every other Friday off.
• Relocation may be possible.
