Job Description: Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Level 1

This position, with Job ID 691632BR, is for an Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Level 1 responsible for providing integrated logistics support to C-130J customers for AMMM Sustainment Operations. The successful candidate will contribute to:

• Defining sustainment requirements for proposals.
• Supporting technical evaluations.
• Gathering and analyzing data and metrics.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure task completion.

This role offers opportunities to develop skills in logistics management, sustainment requirements, and technical evaluations. The selected individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and synchronization, providing regular updates and status reports to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in logistics and/or supply chain management.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Hands-on experience with AMMM aircraft, platform, supply, or field experience (C-130J, C-5, P-3).

Security Clearance: This position requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is mandatory. The required clearance level is Secret.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a part-time remote telework option, with a portion of the work schedule completed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific schedule will be determined during the hiring process. A 4×10-hour day schedule (3 days off per week) is available. Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules for added employee flexibility.
