As an Integrated Communications Intern, you will learn best practices from our employee and executive, community relations, media and trade show communications teams, while also experiencing cross-functional and cross-business area collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

• Assisting in developing integrated communications plans, including various communications deliverables like video scripts, memos, webcasts, presentations, read-aheads, etc.
• Assisting with the preparation of external executive communications
• Developing innovative ideas for communicating to employees and external stakeholders
• Supporting on-site employee and executive engagements
• Drafting social content
• Writing and editing stories/videos for employee-facing intranet
• Proofreading content to ensure quality and messaging consistency
• Leading any appropriate special projects, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Working towards an undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited college in a discipline related to Communications (Public Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Customer Engagement, Social Communication, Broadcast Communications or other relevant area).
