Job Description: Insurance Product Analyst

This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is passionate about the insurance industry and eager to contribute to product evaluation and development. You will play a crucial role in the success of AXIS by:

Responsibilities:

• Product Change Management:
• Review and prioritize product change requests.
• Analyze changes, identifying potential issues and considering their impact.
• Collaborate with colleagues to clarify requests and provide feedback.
• Develop clear requirements for product change system implementation.
• Conduct testing to verify that product changes align with business needs and compliance standards.
• Work closely with the technology team to address defects and integrate changes into systems.
• Product Representation: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure accurate representation of products in systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with familiarity in data analysis tools like Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven initiative and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated research skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance principles.
• Familiarity with Product Studio (or willingness to learn).
• Understanding of insurance regulation or product development functions.
