What You’ll Actually Do
• Discovery Management: Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including requests, responses, document collection, organization, and production.
• Case Management: Oversee and track all case deadlines and calendaring throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Litigation Preparation: Prepare all necessary materials for oral arguments, depositions, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
• Trial Support: Organize exhibits, witness materials, and trial notebooks, and coordinate all logistical aspects for trials.
• Document Analysis: Review, analyze, and summarize documents submitted by clients and plaintiffs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent with core domain knowledge in insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation.
• Experience: 4 years of experience as a Florida Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Paralegal, demonstrating proficient use of technology and automation resources.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Certificate a plus.
