Job Summary:

As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing all phases of netting installation projects, from initial on-site preparation through to final inspection. This role requires extensive travel and involves coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate installations. You will manage site logistics, resources, and documentation, serving as the primary on-site representative for Netting Pros. A critical aspect of this role is resolving job site challenges in real-time and ensuring all work consistently meets Netting Pros’ stringent safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Travel extensively to job sites across the country to complete installation projects as outlined by Project Managers.
• Manage all on-site logistics, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.
• Conduct thorough pre-installation site evaluations and ensure readiness, including organizing all necessary tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Serve as the main point of contact on-site for clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Guarantee all work meets Netting Pros’ high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations on the job site, including crew management and workflow coordination.
• Track and report job progress meticulously using tablets and email communication with Project Managers and leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in your appearance, vehicles, and equipment at all times.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Provide valuable training and mentorship to new team members and peers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and safety of all tools and equipment.
• Submit job receipts and cost documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Represent Netting Pros with integrity, professionalism, and a strong team-first attitude.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams such as Production, Sales, and Operations to ensure flawless project execution.

Essential Skills:

• Project Coordination & Time Management: Ability to manage on-site schedules, adapt swiftly to changing conditions, and maintain critical project momentum.
• Installation Expertise & Field Leadership: Proven experience in construction, fabrication, or installation (experience with sports or specialty products is a significant plus), coupled with the ability to effectively lead and guide a crew on-site.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Unwavering commitment to upholding safety standards, maintaining job site cleanliness, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Communication & Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to confidently serve as the on-site face of the company and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Mechanical Aptitude & Physical Stamina: Proficiency with various tools and equipment, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, while comfortably working outdoors in diverse and varying weather conditions.
• Organizational & Reporting Skills: Meticulous attention to detail in tracking job progress, accurately submitting documentation, and maintaining equipment readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record, meeting our Auto Insurance Eligibility Requirements.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

Salary:

$18/Hour
