Installer | Netting Pros
The Tone:
This is a hands-on, full-time role at Netting Pros, based out of Yulee, FL, but requiring 80% travel across the country. Netting Pros is a company dedicated to changing the industry one job at a time through its netting installation projects. This role is crucial for executing all phases of these projects on-site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction nationwide. You will serve as the primary on-site representative, leading installations and managing all related logistics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management & Travel: Travel extensively to job sites across the country to complete netting installation projects as outlined by Project Managers, effectively managing all on-site logistics, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• On-Site Leadership & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact on-site for clients, contractors, and vendors, overseeing daily operations, crew management, and workflow coordination while representing Netting Pros with integrity and professionalism.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct thorough pre-installation site evaluations, ensure readiness, organize necessary tools and equipment, and guarantee all work consistently meets Netting Pros’ high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Problem Resolution & Mentorship: Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays, maintain project momentum, and provide valuable training and mentorship to new team members and peers.
• Documentation & Resource Management: Track and report job progress meticulously using tablets and email communication with Project Managers and leadership, ensure the proper use and maintenance of all tools and equipment, and submit job receipts and cost documentation accurately.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; an early career professional with core knowledge in construction, fabrication, or installation practices.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction, fabrication, or installation roles, coupled with the ability to effectively lead and guide a crew on-site.
• Skills: Project coordination & time management, field leadership, unwavering commitment to safety & quality assurance, strong communication & client interaction, mechanical aptitude & physical stamina (ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions), and meticulous organizational & reporting skills.
• Bonus: Experience with sports or specialty product installations is a significant plus.
