Job Title: Installation Associate

Our Installation Associates play a crucial role in delivering, installing, and removing a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$23/hr based on experience (Actual estimated pay range: $17.33 – $26.00/hr, with potential for higher starting wage in certain locations based on local or state requirements). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic appliance installations and demonstrate a strong desire to learn custom appliance installations (full training provided).
• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functional.
• Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, providing excellent service to a diverse client base.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay current on all product changes and updates.
• May be responsible for performing driver duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to frequently lift 70+ pound objects and occasionally lift 90+ pound objects with the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climbers, oven lifts, and/or air sleds.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers; excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Possess mechanical skills and a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
