Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions.
• Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews, and enforcing engineering practices and standards.
• Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers.
• Consult with clients on the system design of AWS environments.
• Manage cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments.
• Create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations.
• Monitor and maintain multiple (Infrastructure) environments based on client requirements.
• Responsible for the configuration and setup of backups as well as setup automated AWS patching for Windows and Linux platforms.
• Lead program optimization to work within constructs of an AWS infrastructure environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Linux Infrastructure builds and automation using Ansible or equivalent (Puppet, Chef, Jenkins).
• 10+ years experience with on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure builds and deployments.
• Experience with middleware tools and deployments (Tomcat) – package configuration.
• Experience with Containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), IaC, CI/CD Pipeline builds.
• Experience with On-prem to Cloud Migrations and Cloud Infrastructure builds (AWS and GCP).
• Ability to strategize, lead and execute Infrastructure builds and deployments.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Public Trust.
• AWS, GCP and/or Azure Certifications.
