Job Description: Information Technology Internship
This internship provides relevant field experience in Information Technology. Interns will be assigned one or more mentors for instruction, guidance, and performance assessment. Responsibilities include observing unit functions and processes, completing assigned tasks to enhance learning and benefit the work unit, and completing all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo Clinic and the participating educational institution. The internship duration and schedule are arranged with the intern.
Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or graduate degree program at a college or university.
• Internship should typically occur after completion of most required coursework.
• Where applicable, the degree program must require an internship for graduation or offer it as a credit option.
Compensation and Schedule:
• Predetermined rate: $25.00
• Benefits Eligible: No
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Schedule: None
