What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in structured IT rotations that provide exposure to multiple technology disciplines and business environments.
• Contribute: Support projects involving cybersecurity, risk management, threat detection, data analytics, and operational improvement.
• Develop: Create, maintain, and optimize software applications and digital tools for internal and external users.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with colleagues, project teams, mentors, and business stakeholders across different functions to deliver innovative solutions.
• Apply: Utilize technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to real-world healthcare technology challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or another related STEM discipline, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to apply technical and analytical skills through academic coursework, projects, internships, or research. Strong leadership and teamwork experience through academic, professional, extracurricular, or community activities.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, curiosity, enthusiasm for learning new technologies, adaptability, integrity, and a continuous-learning mindset.
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, research, or project experience in IT, software development, data analytics, or cybersecurity is preferred. Academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Experience working on collaborative teams or leading projects is advantageous. A genuine interest in combining technology and healthcare to create meaningful impact, openness to new ideas, and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
