Information Security Co-Op Internship
This 1-year program offers 2-5 rotations in various Information Security specialties, including:
• Vulnerability Management
• Application Security
• Cloud Security
• Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC)
• IT Controls Compliance
• Encryption
• Security Policy
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform operational tasks supporting multiple security domains.
• Engage with key deliverables and showcase critical thinking and creativity.
• Gain experience and knowledge of Information Security within a Fortune 100 company.

Minimum Requirements:
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM Eastern).
• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Science, or related degree program at an accredited college/university.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience applying analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability.
• Solid understanding of technical issues in business and IT.
• Knowledge and/or experience with security tools and concepts, programming languages, malware, threats and defense, cryptography, and application security assessment.
• Interest in the healthcare industry.
Location:
• This position is a hybrid model (remote and office).
• Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of either the Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
