Job Description: Information & Digital Internship

Bechtel’s Information & Digital (I&D) internship program provides hands-on experience in the field of information management and digital technologies. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that can be applied to real-world projects.

This internship offers opportunities in various areas, including:

Infrastructure Systems Engineering: Involves working with complex systems and infrastructure, ensuring their smooth operation and security.
Information Security: Focuses on safeguarding sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.
Software Engineering/Development: Involves designing, coding, and testing software applications.
Information Management: Focuses on collecting, organizing, and managing data to support various business needs.
Other areas of support for Corporate Systems: This encompasses a range of tasks related to maintaining and improving the company’s overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize enterprise-level information management systems and practices to address global challenges.
• Collaborate with industry information management systems to effectively respond to computer-related incidents.
• Contribute to the sharing of information and data collection among employers, clients, and partners.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor of Science degree program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Software Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies in one of the above fields.
• Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA.
• Prior co-op or internship experience.
