Influencer Content & Events Intern | Moonrise Management
The Tone:
This is an internship at Moonrise Management, based remotely with on-site event support in Los Angeles, CA. Moonrise Management is a talent management and brand partnerships company that creates high-impact creative campaigns and cultural moments using celebrity and influencer talent. This role is crucial for supporting the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns and events, ensuring smooth operations and impactful results for leading brands. The intern will contribute to a fast-paced environment at the intersection of talent, brands, and culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Influencer Campaigns: Execute day-to-day influencer campaign tasks, including pitching compensation opportunities, compiling lists, drafting outreach messages, and tracking deliverables.
• Facilitate Event Operations: Assist with the logistics, timelines, and attendee lists for in-person events, providing essential on-site support as needed.
• Manage Social Media Content: Help manage social media calendars, monitor trends, collect content for recaps, organize creative assets, and edit social content for company platforms.
• Provide Administrative & Reporting Support: Assist with internal reporting, prepare client-facing materials, maintain databases, and offer general administrative support to talent and partnerships teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field, or possessing equivalent experience.
• Experience: Interest or experience in Influencer Marketing, including familiarity with creator platforms and social trends; understanding of Social Media Marketing across various platforms; foundational knowledge of Public Relations and media outreach; and basic pitching skills for talent and partners.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, a proactive, creative, and resourceful mindset, and strong content editing skills for social media.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer or CRM tools; ability to support occasional in-person events, brand activations, or trips, including evening or weekend opportunities in the Los Angeles area as needed.
