Job Description:
Lockheed Martin Camden Arkansas is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Early Career) to join their team. This role involves supporting one of their vehicle, missile, or rocket programs, working closely with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and the Industrial Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively apply traditional Industrial Engineering techniques and disciplines, including:
• Man-loading
• Workflow analysis
• Learning curve analysis
• Estimating
• Capacity analysis
• Capital equipment justification
• Make vs. buy studies
• Standards development
• Equivalent units completed calculations
This is an early career opportunity offering hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Desired Skills:
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred, but open to considering candidates from other engineering and STEM disciplines.
• Experience with time studies, man loading, capacity analysis, project management, process improvements, benchmarking, and simulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
