Job Description:
As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
• Classical Industrial Engineering: Conduct time and motion studies, design efficient facility layouts and workstations, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Performance Optimization: Develop work measurements and time standards, analyze productivity and performance, manage capacity and resources, and conduct simulation modeling.
• Cost Management: Perform cost analysis and estimating, identify cost savings opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Support Performance Management Teams (PMTs) by analyzing metrics, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain “employee possessor” status.
Desired Skills:
• Experience applying Industrial Engineering technical skills like facility layouts, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Experience with simulation modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
This position offers relocation assistance and a 4×10-hour work schedule with 3 days off per week.
