About the Job

We are seeking a HVAC Technician B, A, or Special to join our team in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Responsibilities include:

• Providing quality services and products while focusing on customer satisfaction and safety
• Servicing, inspecting, and installing residential and commercial gas and electric appliances and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with codes and superior service
• Maintaining and repairing the gas distribution system, including gas meters and regulators
• Promoting and ensuring superior customer satisfaction and selling Home Service Plus products and services
• Responding to emergency situations to maintain the safe delivery of natural gas
• Completing record keeping and operating company vehicles safely
• Participating in training to increase job knowledge and competency

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a 1 or 2-year certificate, diploma, or associate degree program in heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent technical skills
• For Tech B: Entry-level position with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning
• For Tech A and Special Technician: Must have completed at least two years in the “A” Technician classification
